The Pennsylvania censors have ordered absurd eliminations on Goldwyn picture Condemned. DeBra would like to make it a test case to challenge the censors, but as usual the company prefers to avoid litigation. They ask Joy, who has been involved in the picture, to appeal to the censor, but rather than contact them directly he suggests they act through an informed pressure group. Instead, their representative contacts Senator Pepper, who persuades the censor to pass 90% of the originally censored material.
