McKenzie has noticed a two-page advertisement for Black Waters (World Wide Pictures) in Film Daily which violates the profanity Don'ts, and here he brings it to Joy's attention because "possibly some of your folks on the Coast may feel that they should be allowed the same latitude as taken by foreign producers." The advertisement is included. [Hays personally takes up the matter with World Wide.]
