Universal, Metro-Goldwyn, MGM Bray and Paramount are sending shipments of films to selected leper colonies -- in this case, to Makogai, Fiji. A letter from the MPPDA asking for studio participation comments, "From no philanthropic undertaking of the Association has there come so much fine publicity. Mr. Hays feels that it would be decidedly worth while to comply with the appeal." Press release is included.
