Concerning the censorship of the English picture Dawn - whether it can be shown at all in the US, and if so how it should be cut. "The scene of the execution can easily be cut down until there is nothing that could possibly be objectionable in it. As it stands in its original form here in New York, it really is very calm, as a great deal is left to the imagination and if one did not know the story before hand, one would be very apt to be in doubt as to just what did go on."
