Long Description:
Woodbury on New York children's movies, points out that New York is the only state to have regulated children's attendance, but has regulated it ineffectively. Doubts that it is practicable to make all movies suitable for children, and wants to encourage children's matinees -- at the same time that he thinks most movies, particularly in cheaper houses, are full of filth and sex.
