Regarding the situation with Charlie Chaplin and Fred Futter -- Futter intends to place Chaplin's old two reel comedies together and add music and a voice-over to give the impression that Chaplin is speaking and release them as a feature. Chaplin and the association are not happy about this but there is nothing the MPPDA can do as it is not within their jurisdiction.
