Long Description:

"ResolutionREALIZING THAT much of our success is dependent upon the manner in which talking pictures are received by our Southern patrons and realizing that our Southern men and women are resentful of producers mixing white and black races indiscriminately in production, be it resolved that this Association goes on record in questioning the producers, through the Hays organization, to refrain from using negroes in scenes with whites, excepting in a servile capacity or where they are per se."
