Long Description:

"It is assumed that if these pictures are previewed they will be classified as suitable for exhibition to audiences composed of children, adolescents, adults, and families ... the committee strongly urged that the producers recognize the difficulty which the small neighborhood theatres are experiencing in securing high grade pictures at a price proportionate to their income, and recommend that producers give thought to the situation with the hope that worthwhile pictures may be produced of such a length and at such a cost of production as to be within the reach of these theatres."
