Standard Exhibition Contract

Outline of procedure for legal enforcement of claims on standard exhibition contract, prepared by lawyers Phillips & Nizer, New York.Very detailed description of procedure, down to details of filing and storage of documents, together with draft documents to use in a range of circumstances. This appears to be establishing simplified and cost-effective systems and processes for taking disputes with exhibitors over contract to the courts as cheaply and quickly as possible, as part of a strategy of resorting immediately to court action in lieu of arbitration, following the Supreme Court decision rejecting arbitration. Followed by large collection of draft documents - one dated 4 November 1930.
