Long Description:

foreign censorshipa long collection of foreign deletions -- evidence that from May 1929 that foreign managers were cooperating in producing a flow of information about the foreign market and censor boards. Of more general note in them, is a reference, 05-18-1929, Walter Gould to Kelly of UA, that in Trinidad an attempt was made to protect Drums of Love from local censorship by sending "a happy ending of this picture instead of the unhappy one."
