About
Compliance Director, National Recovery Administration Code of Fair Competition for the Motion Picture Industry. Graduate of Harvard Law School, Rosenblatt spent his career as an attorney in the film industry. He was appointed to NRA Code Administration staff by NRA Director General Hugh Johnson in 1933, first as deputy administrator, then as the administrator of the motion picture industry Code, the most complex of all the NIRA Codes. He resigned in June 1935, returning to private law practice and acting as the arbitrator for the New York garment industry from 1935 to 1940. Subsequently a prominent divorce lawyer.
