Additional text in Transcription. EDITORIAL COMMENT: Implying concern over possible anti-trust worries.

Bentel is concerned that September Morn, a stage property authored by his client Edward W. Rowland, is being unfairly black-listed because its title is associated with a nude painting. Paramount was going to buy the rights to the property, but pulled out when they discovered that they would not be allowed to use the title. Hess attempts to explain that title registration has no legal status and does not constitute any kind of black list - also that it is the business of the MPPDA and not the AMPP.
