Denies Harry Warner accusations against 20th Century; MGM behaved in accordance with Arbitration Agreement over Hubbard; Harry Warner misunderstands it; WB had released Hubbard anyway. Zanuck did not think of leaving WB until Harry Warner demanded his resignation over salary restoration. Harry Warner opposed Arbitration; Hays did too; Joe Schenck never signed, but he has not acted outside while WB have breached it in talent raids on Paramount etc; threatens to withdraw.
