Reply to McCarthy's letter of 28 November 1933 (10-0088) regarding the censoring of film stills. Confirms Advertising Code procedures - Breen is busy with this and Production Code work - several bad scripts on sex lately. "We have a slough of bad scripts in hand at the present time, all of them, pretty generally, based upon gross sexual irregularities. I must have read a dozen scripts in the last four days, all of them loaded with dynamite." The letter also records the death of Frank Wilstach and notes Breen's sadness.
