Experiments with educational applications of movies.The First International Congress of Motion Picture Arts conducted jointly by the Authors' League of America and the Famous Players-Lasky Corporation for the purpose of formulating a set of recommendations for the artistic development of motion pictures and for establishing closer relations between authors and producers, was held at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel. The speakers are listed.The Commonwealth Club of California is embarking on a study of the relationship between motion pictures and juvenile delinquency.
