This is part of an intemperate exchange between Rembusch and Quigley, who has vilified him in an editorial. Rembusch's main purpose in writing is to insult Quigley and Hays, but the underlying issues are block-booking and arbitration. He encloses the letter he has received from Lott (04-2124). Quigley then forwards both letters to Pettijohn, who comments that they will be useful "in convincing one certain individual that Mr. Lott is still at work."
