Comments on Fox advertising insert in Exhibitors Herald, some of which "some folks might consider an appeal to the sensual." In one case (False Colors), "if our German friends don't kick up a rumpus over this, I'll be surprised. ... The main officer [depicted in the advertisement] is of the type that will be particularly objectionable to the German representatives in this country." The French may also object to the Parisian drunkenness and debauchery depicted in Plastered in Paris. The ads themselves are included.
