Noting the exhibitors want the arbitration clause eliminated. They also wanted other minor amendments, including a specification that prints form the distributor had to be in good condition, and the charge for damaged footage reduced from 8 a foot in the MPPDA draft to 4 - some contracts had it at 10 or 20. - on 06-27-1922 proposed their own version of an arbitration clause. The urgency of these meetings was to arrange a contract to apply to the 1922-23 season.
