This file has been placed here as several members of this committee are now members of the Motion Picture Research Council. Skinner, a member of both committees, acknowledges the problems with the work that has been done on the influence of motion pictures. Also contains partial copies of 1931 exchanges of correspondence between Skinner and Milliken on A Generation of Motion Pictures, and copies of minutes of the MPRC National Board meetings in May 1933 and April 1934, and an Atlantic Monthly article on A.L Lowell
