Michael and Ben Fitzer, of the Rivoli Theatre, Syracuse, N.Y., have come up with a system of using phonograph records to advertise forthcoming movies. They propose that the stars 'announce in their own way the play in which they are shortly to appear." They want to demonstrate this to studio representatives, but there is some delay since they are afraid their idea will be stolen, and Hays will not be drawn into guaranteeing them protection.
