Resistance to any re-issue of I'm No Angel and She Done Him Wrong. Code.Reissues and the process of certification -- instances of Warners trying to get by with re-releasing pre-1934 movies in May 1935 -- including Public Enemy, Convention City, Footlight Parade -- the problem identified in part as arising out of the "double-booking epidemic". Lists of Class I, II and III pictures, and an agreement, 24 June 1935, among General Sales Managers that after 1 August 1935 no company will offer a picture release prior to 15 July 1934 unless it has been approved by the PCA. There seems some disagreement from UA as to whether the meeting actually agreed to this -- UA in May 1935 wanted to reissue Scarface, Cock of the Air, Age for Love, The Front Page.
